My dream for you is that you never have food regrets and stop going into f*ck it mode after having one treat. That you don’t have to know what it is like to isolate yourself and strive for a perfectionism that is unattainable… and that you don’t have to suffer the weight gain following a weight loss program or diet that was too extreme.

 

I will help you ditch the "bad" food and diet mentality to make ALL foods fit in your daily life through my proven system for success. I know what it's like to have foods that are off-limits, eat the same boring foods that you don't really like, spend hours on crazy workouts, and still not reach your goals. There's a better way and I'm here to show my clients the path and guide them through it. You will work with me 1:1 or in a hybrid group setting for education, accountability, support, and motivation. This is a lifetime solution, not another diet.

I help women lose weight through the use of a balanced plate approach that includes all foods. Those supposed "bad foods" too. Each plan is custom to you, your goals, and your lifestyle.

HI, I'M KELLI

I have worked in the health and fitness industries for fifteen years as a personal trainer, coach, group exercise instructor, and registered dietitian. In addition to private practice, I have worked as an oncology dietitian and in eating disorder & mental health treatment. This range of experience helps me to work with all different types of clients.

 

I decided to become a dietitian after competing in bikini and figure competitions. The dieting I went through was so severe - extremely low calories, low carbs, and no variety. Hours of workouts a day. This resulted in damaging my metabolism, rebound weight gain following dieting and serious body image issues. I knew there had to be a better way - and there is!

 

I am a child and fur mom from Milwaukee, Wi. I love to get outside in good weather, travel, spend time with family and friends, cook, practice yoga, and volunteer with animal rescues and shelters.
