I am a nutrition coach because I don’t want the restrictive diet experience for you any longer. You're busy and need things simple but that doesn't mean you have to have green smoothies and salads 24/7 to feel good and reach your goals. You don't need coffee or caffeine to make it through your day.
I have BEEN that woman. Over and over. Feeling desperate to meet my goals. Feeling sad I couldn’t eat at parties or restaurants. Feeling like I had zero time to cook, eat or breathe. Feeling lonely because I was so alone in the dieting process. Feeling guilty if I did dare to go off plan for a moment.
And the truth is you can have it all. In moderation.
If I could go back to in time to all those restaurants and parties with friends & family, I would eat the damn pizza… and the dessert. A million times over.
My dream for YOU is that you never have those regrets. That you don’t have to know what’s it is like to isolate yourself and strive for perfectionism that is unattainable… and that you don’t have to suffer the weight gain following a weight loss program or diet that was too extreme.

HI, I'M KELLI
I have worked in the health and fitness industries for fifteen years as a personal trainer, coach, group exercise instructor, and registered dietitian. In addition to my private practice, I have worked as an oncology dietitian, in sports nutrition and in eating disorder & mental health treatment with adolescents and adults. This range of experience, along with becoming an entrepreneur myself, helps me to understand the unique challenges of successful, high performing women and men as well as CEOs and entrepreneurs. I specialize in high performing individuals, corporate wellness and youth sports nutrition.
I decided to become a dietitian after competing in bikini and figure competitions. The dieting I went through was so severe - extremely low calories, low carbs, and no variety. Hours of workouts a day. This resulted in damaging my metabolism, rebound weight gain following dieting and serious body image issues. I knew there had to be a better way - and there is!
I am mom to a son and a rescue fur mom from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I love to get outside in good weather, travel, spend time with family and friends, cook, practice yoga and volunteer with animal rescues and shelters.
