Health Shouldn't Be Torture

Getting healthy doesn’t have to suck.

Actually, if it is torture to you, if it does really suck, you’re doing it wrong.

If there’s one thing I’ve noticed as I’ve worked with thousands of people over the years, it’s that if you aren’t eating or exercising in a way that you can be consistent with MOST of the time [like 330 out of 365 days a year], it’s not gonna work.

Your results aren’t going to last.

I know that sounds harsh but I want to see everyone succeed in meeting their goals and I know from experience what isn’t going to last.

I want your results to last.

So, to get results that last -

👉🏼Don’t go extreme - if you are cutting out food groups, that’s a major red flag.🚩 Can you really cut out carbs for the rest of your life to maintain these results? Or avoid restaurants forever? Can you quit dessert forever?

👉🏼Find out what works for YOU - aka what you can be consistent with 330 out of 365 days a year. What feels good to you? This doesn't mean it won't be challenging BUT it has to fit your life.

👉🏼Consider working with a qualified professional. We registered dietitians have 6 years of school under our belts directed towards helping you with nutrition and can streamline the process of what works for you, safely and effectively.

We can help it not suck.😉

If you are ready to look and feel your best, without hating the process and get the results that you've been dreaming of, results that last forever, go to the apply page here on my website. Submit an application and lets talk about what would work for you.
