Getting healthy doesn’t have to suck.
Actually, if it is torture to you, if it does really suck, you’re doing it wrong.
If there’s one thing I’ve noticed as I’ve worked with thousands of people over the years, it’s that if you aren’t eating or exercising in a way that you can be consistent with MOST of the time [like 330 out of 365 days a year], it’s not gonna work.
Your results aren’t going to last.
I know that sounds harsh but I want to see everyone succeed in meeting their goals and I know from experience what isn’t going to last.
I want your results to last.
So, to get results that last -
👉🏼Don’t go extreme - if you are cutting out food groups, that’s a major red flag.🚩 Can you really cut out carbs for the rest of your life to maintain these results? Or avoid restaurants forever? Can you quit dessert forever?
👉🏼Find out what works for YOU - aka what you can be consistent with 330 out of 365 days a year. What feels good to you? This doesn't mean it won't be challenging BUT it has to fit your life.
